Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

(833) 680-0336

What dispatch needs to know about a Las Vegas drop.

Wind moves an empty unit

On an open pad with nothing around it, valley wind will walk a unit across the lot or lay it down. Anchoring is not optional out there, and it is worth saying on the call whether the site is exposed or has structures around it.

Summer heat changes the spec

Through the summer the inside of a unit in full sun is punishing, and crews stop using it, which defeats the point. Shade, placement on the north side of a structure and a hand wash station alongside are worth more here than a bigger unit.

Event load-in is the whole job

Convention and event work runs on windows, not days. Give dispatch the load-in time, the dock or gate, and the on-site contact along with the count, and a large order becomes a routine one.

Pad out in the northwest with nothing to block the wind. They anchored everything without me asking.

Large outdoor event off the Strip, brutal load-in window. They made it work.

July, and the units were still usable at two in the afternoon. They service early here and it shows.

Anything else, call (833) 680-0336 and ask a dispatcher.

Which areas of Las Vegas do you cover?

Clark County across the valley: the Strip corridor and downtown plus Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise and out to Boulder City. Call with your zip code to confirm.

Can you handle a large event order with a fixed load-in window?

Yes, and the window comes first on the call. Load-in time, where the truck enters, who meets it and where the units go. With those settled, the count is the easy part.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.

One phone call places the order.
