Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

(833) 680-0336

What dispatch needs to know about a Tucson drop.

Stay away from the washes

During monsoon season a dry wash can be running hard within minutes of a storm that fell somewhere else entirely. Anything set in or beside one goes with it. If there is a wash on your site, tell dispatch where it runs before the placement is chosen.

There is no natural shade

Through the summer a unit in open sun becomes one nobody is willing to use, which makes it an expensive ornament. Put it on the shaded side of something if the site allows, and add a wash station rather than another unit.

The valley is spread out

Oro Valley to Green Valley is a long way and both are Tucson to a search engine. Name the part of town and the crew that starts out is the one that is actually close.

Site out toward Marana with a wash running through it. They moved my chosen spot uphill and it paid off in July.

In summer the crew would not touch a unit that had been baking all day. They moved service to early morning and that ended it.

Anything else, call (833) 680-0336 and ask a dispatcher.

Which areas of Tucson do you cover?

Pima County across the valley: downtown and the university area plus the Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Marana, Vail, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Rita Ranch and Casas Adobes. Call with your zip code to confirm.

Where should a unit go during monsoon season?

On high, firm ground and well clear of any wash or drainage line, even one that has been dry all year. Those fill from rain that fell miles away. Tell dispatch how the site drains and the placement accounts for it.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.

One phone call places the order.
