Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

(833) 680-0336

What dispatch needs to know about an El Paso drop.

You cannot stake caliche

The ground here is hard enough that driving an anchor into it is often not realistic. That usually means ballast instead of stakes, which is a different piece of kit and worth knowing about before the truck arrives rather than while it is standing there.

Spring is a wind season, not a wind day

From late winter into spring the valley gets weeks of strong wind and blowing dust rather than isolated storms. Anything standing in the open through that window needs to be held down for the whole window, not secured after the first one goes over.

The metro is a long line

From the Upper Valley to Fabens is a serious drive, and all of it is El Paso. Naming the side of town, or the outlying community, is what lets dispatch send the crew that is genuinely closest.

Anything else, call (833) 680-0336 and ask a dispatcher.

Which areas of El Paso do you cover?

El Paso County and the valley: the Westside, Eastside, Northeast and Central plus Socorro, Horizon City, Canutillo, San Elizario, Clint, Fabens and across to Sunland Park. Call with your zip code to confirm.

How do you anchor a unit on caliche?

Usually with ballast rather than stakes, because the ground will not reliably take an anchor. Tell dispatch how exposed the site is and what the surface is, and the right method comes with the delivery instead of requiring a second trip.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.

One phone call places the order.
