Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

(833) 680-0336

What dispatch needs to know about a Wasatch front drop.

The metro is a line, not a blob

Ogden to Provo is most of two hours end to end and all of it is the same market. Naming the city is what decides whether a crew is fifteen minutes away or an hour and a half.

Canyon sites get cut off

Up the canyons and around the mountain towns, winter closes roads and changes what a truck can reach and when. If your site is up there, say so and the placement and the schedule get planned around the season.

The growth is south

Lehi, American Fork and the Utah County corridor have been building continuously, with crews that move between pads. That usually argues for a towable unit over repeated deliveries.

Which areas of Salt Lake City do you cover?

Salt Lake, Utah, Davis and Weber counties. That covers downtown, Sugar House and Millcreek plus Sandy, West Valley City, West Jordan, Murray, Draper, Lehi, Provo, Orem, Ogden, Layton and Park City. Call with your zip code to confirm.

Can you service a site up a canyon in winter?

It depends on the road and the week. Tell dispatch exactly where the site is, how it gets plowed and whether access closes in bad weather, and you get a straight answer rather than an optimistic one.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.
