Standard porta potty
The workhorse of jobsites and weekend events.
Call for pricingClean units, a real dispatcher on the line, and crews across the valley and up toward the foothills. One call covers your jobsite or your event.
The valley is flat, wide and easy to deliver into, which removes most of the problems other markets have. What it adds instead is heat: weeks at a time above a hundred degrees, which changes where a unit should sit and whether a crew will actually use it.

Call (833) 680-0336A unit in full valley sun through July is one the crew avoids, which defeats the point of having it. Shade, or the north side of a structure, plus a hand wash station alongside, does more for usage here than ordering a larger unit.
Access is genuinely easy across most of the valley, which means there is no excuse for a bad spot. Put the unit where the crew actually works rather than at the far corner of the lot, because nothing about the site is stopping you.
East toward El Dorado Hills and the foothill communities the ground gets steep and the driveways narrow, and suddenly the placement matters the way it does in the hill markets. Say if that is where you are.
From November into March, and thickest from December to February, tule fog can cut visibility on valley roads to an eighth of a mile or less, thickest just before dawn. A site with the drop spot marked and a phone number on the gate is a site the driver finds on the first pass.
Folsom Ranch south of Highway 50, the west side of Roseville, Natomas and the edges of Elk Grove carry a big share of the region's new-home building. Streets there can be newer than the map, so give dispatch the subdivision and the nearest finished cross street.
The California State Fair has run at Cal Expo in July, and it moves to a fall run from 2027. Aftershock fills Discovery Park, where the American River meets the Sacramento, in early October. Both pull big counts of event units, so an event near those dates should book early.

They hold up. The variable is whether the crew uses them, and that comes down to placement and servicing. Put them out of direct sun where you can, add a wash station, and tell dispatch the headcount so the count is right for the conditions.
Use one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event as the base and add 10 to 20 percent when alcohol is served. A valley afternoon above 100 degrees means guests drink a lot of water, so plan at the top of that range, put the units in shade and add a hand wash station.
Yes, along with El Dorado Hills, Rocklin, Lincoln and the Natomas side. On a new subdivision, give dispatch the builder's site contact and the nearest finished cross street when you call.
Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.
Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.
Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.
