Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

(833) 680-0336

What dispatch needs to know about a South Bay drop.

Campus work runs on badges

On a corporate site the delivery has a process: a gate, a contact, an escort and sometimes a window. None of it is difficult and all of it has to be arranged before the truck leaves. Give dispatch the contact and the rules.

Time of day beats distance

Ten miles at the wrong hour in this valley is not ten miles. If your site has a window that works better than others, say it, and the stop gets slotted into it instead of into the middle of a commute.

No weather window means no quiet season

Work runs all twelve months here, so inventory never gets a slow stretch to recover in. Booking a date early is worth the same in November as it is in June.

Which areas of San Jose do you cover?

Santa Clara County across the South Bay: San Jose itself plus Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Cupertino, Milpitas, Campbell, Los Gatos, Palo Alto, Morgan Hill and Gilroy. Call with your zip code to confirm.

The site is a badged corporate campus. Can you deliver there?

Yes, routinely. What we need beforehand is the gate, the on-site contact, whether the driver needs an escort and any delivery window the site enforces. With those, it is an ordinary delivery.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.

One phone call places the order.
