Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

(833) 680-0336

What dispatch needs to know about a Portland drop.

The quadrant is the address

Northeast and Southeast share street numbers, and so do North and Northwest. Leaving the quadrant off is the most common way a delivery here goes to the wrong side of the river. Say it every time.

Skinny infill lots

A lot of the residential work on the inner eastside is on narrow lots where the gap to the property line is measured in feet. That usually puts the unit at the front near the street, which is fine when it is decided in advance.

The metro crosses a state line

Vancouver is across the river and in Washington, which affects which yard is closest. If the job is on that side, say Vancouver rather than Portland.

Serving Portland and the surrounding counties.

Local crews across three Oregon counties and into Washington, one dispatch line. Call and we confirm availability at your address.

Which areas of Portland do you cover?

Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties plus Clark County across the river. That covers downtown, the Pearl, the eastside and St. Johns, and out to Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Gresham, Milwaukie, Oregon City and Vancouver. Call with your zip code to confirm.

My lot is narrow with no side access. Where does the unit go?

Usually at the front, within reach of where a truck can stop on the street. Give dispatch the lot width and whether there is an alley or a shared drive and the placement is settled before anything ships.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.

One phone call places the order.
