Standard porta potty
The workhorse of jobsites and weekend events.
Call for pricingClean units, a real dispatcher on the line, and crews on both sides of the bay. One call covers your jobsite or your event.
Tampa Bay runs construction and events all twelve months, from Gasparilla in January to the beach-town rebuilds that Helene and Milton left behind. The complications are sand and weather: soft ground that will not hold a unit level, summer afternoons in the middle of Lightning Alley, and a storm season that decides what stays out and what comes in.

Call (833) 680-0336Set a unit straight onto loose sand and it works itself out of level within days, which makes the door bind and the tank sit wrong. A sheet of plywood or a compacted pad under it costs nothing and fixes it for the length of the rental.
From June to November, units on open ground need to be anchored or pulled before a named storm. Decide with dispatch which of the two applies to your site while the weather is still calm, because that conversation is much harder to have in a watch.
A job in Clearwater and a job in Brandon are the same metro and two different bridges. Give dispatch the city and the cross street, not just Tampa, and the closest crew gets it.
Helene's surge in September 2024 flooded the Pinellas beach towns from Pass-a-Grille to Madeira Beach, and Milton came through two weeks later. The rebuilds there sit on narrow lots off Gulf Boulevard, reached by causeway, on sand. Give dispatch the island and the street, and say if the lots next door are active too.
The corridor from Tampa Bay to Titusville gets more lightning than anywhere else in the country, almost all of it from May to October between noon and midnight. Put units close to where the crew works, so nobody crosses an open lot to reach one when a cell builds.
Gasparilla puts a parade and a few hundred thousand people on Bayshore Boulevard on a Saturday in late January. The Florida Strawberry Festival then runs eleven days in Plant City from late February into March. Both take a big share of the bay area's event units for those dates.

Emergency line: (833) 680-0336Site in Riverview, pure sand. They put plywood under the units and it never tilted once.
Units for a beach-side reception near Clearwater. Clean and presentable, which is all I wanted.
They pulled everything ahead of a storm without me calling. That saved me replacing four units.

Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Polk. That covers Tampa, Ybor, Hyde Park and Westshore plus St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Plant City and Lakeland. Call with your zip code to confirm.
It depends on the site and the forecast, and it is a call to make early. Exposed units on open ground are usually anchored or pulled; units tucked between structures are a different judgment. Tell dispatch how exposed your site is when you place the order, not when the storm has a name.
Yes: St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach and up toward Clearwater Beach. Lots there are narrow and the street is often the only place a truck can stop, so give dispatch the address, the lot width and whether the house is being raised or rebuilt.
One unit per 50 guests for a single-day event is the base, plus 10 to 20 percent when alcohol is served. Bay area summers are hot and humid, which means more visits per guest, so plan at the top of the range and add a hand wash station. Dispatch checks the count against your headcount and hours.
Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.
Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.
Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.
