Miami runs its busy season backwards from most of the country: the construction and the events both peak between December and April, when the northern markets are quiet. What stays constant is the ground, which is coral rock under a thin layer of soil, and the storm season, which decides what stays outside from June on.

Call (833) 680-0336Peak here is winter and early spring, not summer. If your project or your event lands between December and April you are competing with everyone else for the same inventory, so dates and counts early are worth more than they would be up north.
There is very little ground to work with before you hit limestone, which means units often end up on a paved or prepared surface rather than on dirt. That is fine, but it changes where the truck needs to stop, so settle the spot before delivery.
On a tower site in Brickell or downtown the footprint is the building and the sidewalk. The unit goes where it does not conflict with the crane zone or the hoist, and that spot changes as the build goes up. Tell dispatch what the site looks like now and in six months.
In September, October and November the year's highest tides push seawater up through the drains in Brickell, Edgewater, Coconut Grove and the low parts of Miami Beach, often on a sunny day. Keep units off the low curb and check the tide calendar before setting a drop on those streets.
Calle Ocho fills fifteen blocks of Little Havana in March, Ultra takes Bayfront Park later the same month, and Art Basel week in early December spreads fairs across Miami Beach and Wynwood. Those weeks pull event units from across the county at once.
From late May into October most days bring highs around 90 and a hard afternoon storm. A unit in full sun turns into an oven, and swales and low lots hold water after the rain. Pick a shaded, raised spot and add a hand wash station.

From June through November the plan depends on how exposed the site is. Units in the open are usually anchored or pulled ahead of a named storm; units tucked between structures are a different judgment. Raise it with dispatch when you order, not when the forecast changes.
Yes, from South Beach up through Mid-Beach and North Beach. Street parking is tight and many lots have no driveway, so tell dispatch whether there is an alley, a loading zone or a spot on the property where the truck can stop. On a low street, mention it if the site floods at high tide.
The base is one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, with 10 to 20 percent more when alcohol is served. Miami stays warm through the winter event season, so an outdoor party with a bar should sit at the top of that range, with a hand wash station. Give dispatch the headcount and the hours.
Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.
Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.
Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.
