Standard porta potty
The workhorse of jobsites and weekend events.
Call for pricingClean units, a real dispatcher on the line, and crews from downtown out to Kissimmee, Sanford and Clermont. One call covers your jobsite or your event.
Orlando has more large outdoor events per year than almost any city its size, and a hospitality construction pipeline that never fully stops. That means two kinds of order: high counts on a tight load-in window, and long jobsite rentals on sites where access is controlled. Say which one you are and the call gets short.

Call (833) 680-0336A venue that gives you a two-hour load-in does not care that the order was placed. Give dispatch the load-in window, the gate and the contact along with the count, and the delivery gets planned around the schedule instead of into it.
Central Florida sand will not hold a unit level on its own. A pad or a sheet of plywood under the unit is the difference between a door that closes and one that does not.
A lot of the construction work here sits behind a gate with badging and escort rules. That is a scheduling constraint more than a sanitation one, and it is the most common reason a first delivery attempt fails. Give dispatch the gate contact.
Hurricane Ian in 2022 dropped 10 to 16 inches of rain across Orange County and pushed Lake Eola over its banks downtown. Low spots and the edges of retention ponds flood first, so keep units off them, and settle with dispatch what happens to exposed units before a storm is on the map.
Horizon West covers about 21,000 acres between Winter Garden and the theme parks and is one of the fastest-growing master-planned areas in the country, with Lake Nona still adding blocks on the southeast side. Many of those jobs sit inside HOA communities, so check whether the HOA has rules on where a unit can stand.
The Orange County Convention Center is the second-largest in the country, and Camping World Stadium with Tinker Field next to it hosts bowl games and EDC Orlando in November. Outdoor work around those venues runs to the event schedule, so give dispatch the show dates along with the site.

Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake. That covers downtown, Winter Park, Lake Nona and Dr. Phillips plus Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Apopka, Oviedo, Winter Garden, Clermont and St. Cloud. Call with your zip code to confirm.
Yes, and the window is the first thing to tell dispatch, before the count. Load-in time, gate, on-site contact and where the units go once they are through the gate. With those four, a large order is routine.
Yes, both are covered, along with Winter Garden, Windermere and the new communities toward St. Cloud. For a build inside an HOA community, have the builder's site contact and any gate instructions ready when you call.
Start from one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event and add 10 to 20 percent when alcohol is served. From June to September the heat pushes the count toward the top of that range because guests drink more. Add a hand wash station, plan for a rain break in the afternoon, and give dispatch the hours.
Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.
Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.
Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.
Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.
