Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

What dispatch needs to know about an Omaha drop.

Nothing breaks the wind out there

On the open pads west and south of the city there is no structure, no tree line and nothing to slow anything down. Anchor as a default rather than a decision, and expect the same wind to make the walk between clusters unpleasant in winter.

Big sites need split placement

A single cluster by the trailer does not serve a crew spread across a large pad, and in bad weather people simply stop making the walk. Give dispatch the footprint along with the headcount so the count gets distributed properly.

The metro crosses into Iowa

Council Bluffs is a different state on the other side of the river. If that is where the job is, say Council Bluffs, because it changes which yard is nearest.

Serving Omaha and Council Bluffs.

Which areas of Omaha do you cover?

Douglas and Sarpy counties plus Council Bluffs across the river. That covers downtown, the Old Market, Benson, Dundee and Midtown, and out to Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Elkhorn, Gretna, Ralston and Millard. Call with your zip code to confirm.

How many units for a large open site?

Start from about one per 10 workers on a full-week job, then split them by where the crew actually works. On a big exposed pad in winter, walking distance is what decides whether they get used at all.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.

One phone call places the order.
