Milwaukee packs a full year of outdoor events into about four months and then works through a lake winter. Both halves put pressure on the same thing, which is availability: inventory in summer and access in January. Neither is a surprise if the call happens early enough.

Call (833) 680-0336The lakefront festival calendar is dense and it lands in the same short window every year, which pulls event inventory across the whole metro rather than just downtown. If your date is in that window, it is a date to book on the early side.
Snow off the lake gets pushed into piles that sit for months. A unit behind one of them is a unit nobody can service. Choose a spot in November that will still be reachable in February.
A lot of the rehab work here is on older buildings served from the alley, and the alley is often shared, half-blocked or gated. Tell dispatch whether the drop is street side or alley side before the unit ships.
Local crews across five counties, one dispatch line. Call and we confirm availability at your address.
Not on the list? We deliver beyond it. Call (833) 680-0336 and ask dispatch about your zip code.
We answer the phone. The units show up clean. And every delivery is handled by licensed, insured local operators.

Milwaukee County plus Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington and Racine. That covers downtown, the Third Ward, Bay View and Riverwest, and out to Wauwatosa, West Allis, Brookfield, Waukesha, Oak Creek, Mequon, Racine and Kenosha. Call with your zip code to confirm.
Yes, and the date is the constraint, not the count. Give dispatch the date, the headcount, the load-in window and where the units go, and a large order in peak season becomes an ordinary one.
Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.
Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.
Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.
Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.
