Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

(833) 680-0336

What dispatch needs to know about an Oklahoma City drop.

Anchoring is standard, not optional

Straight-line wind through severe weather season will move an empty unit and will lay it flat. On any open site, anchor. It is the cheapest insurance on the job and it is the normal practice here rather than an upsell.

Access is genuinely easy

Flat ground, wide roads and few obstacles mean almost any placement is physically workable. Use that: put the unit where the crew is, not wherever the truck first stopped.

The metro spreads out

Norman to Edmond is a long way, and both are the metro. Naming the city rather than Oklahoma City is what lets dispatch send the crew that is actually nearest.

Which areas of Oklahoma City do you cover?

Oklahoma, Cleveland and Canadian counties. That covers downtown, Bricktown and Midtown plus Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Del City, Midwest City, Bethany and El Reno. Call with your zip code to confirm.

Do units need to be anchored here?

On open ground, yes, and it is worth treating as default rather than a decision. The wind that moves a unit is a normal part of the year here. Tell dispatch how exposed the site is and it gets handled at delivery.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.
