Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

(833) 680-0336

What dispatch needs to know about a Triangle drop.

Say which of the three

Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill are far enough apart that the nearest crew to one is not the nearest crew to another. Naming the city rather than the Triangle is the fastest thing you can do for your own delivery.

Red clay after rain

Piedmont clay sheds water and goes greasy, and a loaded truck will cut ruts into an unimproved approach in one visit. Stone on the path and the unit set within reach of it removes the problem for the whole job.

Subdivisions move, campuses do not

Out in Wake and Johnston the crew is on a new lot every few weeks, which argues for a towable unit. On the research and campus work the site is fixed but access is controlled. Say which one you are and the spec comes back right.

Anything else, call (833) 680-0336 and ask a dispatcher.

Which areas of the Triangle do you cover?

Wake, Durham, Orange and Johnston counties. That covers Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill plus Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Wake Forest, Garner, Morrisville, Knightdale and Clayton. Call with your zip code to confirm.

Can you cover a subdivision build where the crew keeps moving?

Yes. Units mounted on a towable trailer move with the crew instead of needing a fresh delivery each time. Tell dispatch how many lots, how long on each and what the site road is like.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.

One phone call places the order.
