Talk to dispatch

One call. A dispatcher, not a form.

(833) 680-0336

What dispatch needs to know about a Cleveland drop.

Lake-effect decides the placement

Snow off the lake arrives in volume and gets pushed into piles. A unit behind one of those piles cannot be serviced. From November on, pick a spot that stays plowed and near where a truck can stop.

Older industrial sites

A lot of the work here is on sites with restricted access, uneven ground and a gate that needs arranging. Tell dispatch who lets the driver in and what the surface is like, and the first attempt is the only attempt.

The metro reaches to Akron

Cuyahoga to Summit is far enough that the nearest crew is not always the obvious one. Name the suburb and dispatch routes it properly.

Which areas of Cleveland do you cover?

Cuyahoga plus Lake, Lorain, Summit and Medina. That covers downtown, Ohio City, Tremont and University Circle, and out to Lakewood, Parma, Euclid, Westlake, Strongsville, Mentor, Elyria, Akron and Medina. Call with your zip code to confirm.

How do units hold up through lake-effect snow?

They stay out and jobsites keep running. The variable is access: a unit on a plowed surface near where a truck can park stays serviceable, one behind a snow pile does not. Decide the spot with that in mind before winter, not during it.

What does it cost?

Price depends on unit type, rental length and location. A one-day party unit and a monthly jobsite cycle price differently. Call with your zip code and headcount, you get a real quote on the phone, in minutes.

How many units do I need?

Rule of thumb: one unit per 50 guests for a single-day event, one per 25 for a wedding, and about one per 10 workers on a full-week jobsite. Add an ADA unit when anyone on site needs step-free access. Tell dispatch your headcount and we spec it for you.

Where should the unit be placed?

Within about 15 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground. A fenced backyard is usually the wrong spot: if the truck can't reach the unit on service day, the stop gets skipped. Dispatch walks placement with you before delivery.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible units with ground-level entry, interior turning radius and grab bars are available in most areas.
